Find y-intercept: Put $x = 0$. $0 + 4y = 12 \implies 4y = 12 \implies y = 3$. Point $B(0, 3)$.

Find a check-point: Let $x = 2$. $3(2) + 4y = 12 \implies 6 + 4y = 12 \implies 4y = 6 \implies y = 1.5$. Point $C(2, 1.5)$.

Plot A, B, C. They should be collinear. Draw the line passing through them.
